With more than 12 years of experience in visual arts, Saeed Nasiri started his professional career as a photo journalist in Tehran Iran, working with different news agencies during which he was awarded the best new comer journalist prize in 2002. He then went to Iraq and Afghanistan as a cameraman to shoot a number of documentaries about the war.

In 2005 he worked as the main photographer for Hashemi Rafsanjani’s presidential campaign.

Besides his experiences as a journalist up until 2005, Saeed Nasiri has also been involved with Lorca photo studio and was hugely influenced by their technique of commercial and industrial photography, working closely with a master of ad photography Nader Samavati (Lorca, manager, photographer) he was trained in number of commercial photography subjects.

In 2006 his career took a new direction when he decided to move out of the country and pursue his professional life elsewhere.

After a long journey through Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece and England he eventually settled in Istanbul, Turkey. Saeed Nasiri has followed his ambitions as a fashion and advertising photographer in Istanbul and has worked with many different clients.
